The IRS has accepted your tax return. Unfortunately, the IRS is taking longer to process returns and the date of your expected refund has changed.
um, so what do the Occupy Wall Street people stand for again?
Posted by: tbailey
I thought their core purpose was to get the government to stop the massive spending, bitch about the bailouts, and remember the little people of the middle-class. But what the UAW is doing here just confuses the hell outta me because Chrysler and GM were two recipients of the bailouts...as in the same bucket-o-money for the banks to take from.

technology is an amazing wonder...

Today I was troubleshooting a server not powering on and it ended up being...get this...the KVM dongle! The only thing I can think of causing this would be some sort of dirty signal going over the USB port for it. Definitely goofy!

so I passed my VCP 5 exam yesterday
Posted by: tbailey
Just like v4, it was a doosie, but a fair exam. A few very strange questions and nothing about the new licensing (which I couldn't believe!), but overall a decent representation of the product. Hopefully VMware sticks with the 85 questions, 90 minute format for future exams because it helps keep the exam and the resulting certification valuable.
...and when I said open I meant "open"...

prior to installing SQL 2005 onto a Windows 2008 R2 cluster...
Posted by: tbailey
...make sure you configure the service in the Failover Cluster Manager first. SQL 2008 automatically does this for you...2005, not so much. You need to create the service first and rename, then add the storage. During the SQL '05 install you'll check choose this service you just created.
